On September 12th, Glen Builders started the utility work at Cranmore Mountain in preparation of the groundbreaking of Kearsarge Brook Condominiums at Cranmore. Water, sewer, and a new underground power loop, designed for future phases, will be installed over the next month. Cranmore will be breaking ground on Phase One of the extensive $50 million base area redevelopment plan on September 27.
